A significant improvement over the well-known variety ‘Sunshine Blue’, bred by TIMOTHY D. WOOD, Spring Meadow Nursery, Grand Haven, MI/USA. Very compact, rounded habit, approximately 0.9m in height and width. The aromatic foliage is bright yellow, forming a pleasant contrast to the violet-purple, up to 7 cm large flower heads that are produced from August to October – a brilliant magnet for pollinators – tough, adaptable and drought-tolerant, suitable as a specimen plant, planted in bulk, for containers, small hedges, balconies or terraces.
