ROBERTS, and JUSTIN SCHULZE, Athens, GA, USA; semicircular habit, approx. 2.50 m tall 2.70 m wide; leaves lanceolate, aromatic, fragrant, greyish olive green on top, dark purple underneath, in beautiful contrast to the flower; flowers strong lavender on spikes up to 20 cm long, fragrant, from mid-June to October, strong re-flowering after removal of faded flowers - impressively strong flowering variety, insect magnet, a sight as a hedge in dry and warmer areas and in all planters.
