A crossing of ´Pee Wee´ X ´Snow Queen´ originated in the U.S. National Arboretum; compact growth, up to 1.20 m high and 1.80 m wide; nice, 8-10 cm long leaves, feathery lobed, with 2-3 egg-shaped to triangular pointed lobes on each side, dark green, wrinkled, white-tomentose underneath, in autumn with a striking brown-red; flowers in up to 20 cm large panicles are first white, then pink and later dark pink - stable small flowering shrub for single setting, groups and small hedges.
